Future Anthem setting new levels of player personalisation for the gaming industry through Amplifier AI
Buzz Bingo, operator of the UK’s largest retail bingo chain and the multi-award-winning BuzzBingo .com brand, has strengthened their partnership with Future Anthem by launching real-time personalisation across its operations, powered by Anthem’s flagship product Amplifier AI.
This new chapter in a longstanding relationship will see Buzz Bingo leverage advanced personalisation by using Anthem’s deep artificial intelligence models that drive automation of the player experience and deliver AI at a scale never before seen by the bingo industry.
Buzz Bingo’s integration includes an advanced game lobby recommendation system that personalises content suggestions for every player in every category and can differentiate between the multiple stages of the player lifecycle on a 1-to-1 basis. This is achieved via AI models that gain a deep understanding of player preferences, classified by game sessions for significance and preference across critical moments in the player journey.
Future Anthem’s Amplifier AI utilises granular spin data to develop an advanced understanding of player behaviour, allowing operators to significantly improve the player experience in real-time. Integrations of the product have shown to improve session engagement and increase operator revenue and conversion from both new and returning players.
Buzz Bingo will also employ Anthem’s real-time decision models to accurately predict the likelihood of player exits, before triggering bonuses and recommending appropriate interactions to ensure players remain entertained with improved gaming experiences. Euroleague Basketball to amplify its gamification portfolio with Sportpass, a subsidiary of Animoca Brands
Euroleague Basketball and Sportpass, a fan engagement and gaming platform, are collaborating to reinforce Euroleague Basketball’s gamification strategy. Sportpass is a subsidiary of Animoca Brands, a global leader in gamification with a large portfolio of over 400 investments in Web3 projects.
The collaboration announced today will create a Euroleague-themed gaming platform targeting the Gen Z fanbase, merging the thrills and culture of sports in a digital offering with a number of game experiences, rewards, in-game collectibles and more.
Gamification has been one of the growth pillars of Euroleague Basketball’s digital strategy in recent seasons with 2023 seeing a triple-digit year-on-year increase on the fantasy games portfolio, reaching a community of 4.3 million engaged fans.
