Full House Resorts Announces Successful Conclusion of Consent Solicitation With Respect to Its 8.250% Senior Secured Notes Due 2028
LAS VEGAS, Feb. 01, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Full House Resorts, Inc. (“Full House” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: FLL) announced today that it has successfully concluded its previously announced solicitation (the “Solicitation”) of consents (the “Consents”) to amend the Indenture (such amendments, the “Amendments”) dated as of February 12, 2021 (as amended or supplemented through the date hereof, the “Indenture”) governing Full House’s 8.250% Senior Secured Notes due 2028 (the “Notes”) (CUSIP Nos. 359678 AC3 and U3232F AB3) to allow for the incurrence of up to $100.0 million of additional Notes (the “Additional Notes”): (i) to develop, equip and open The Temporary by American Place, our planned temporary casino in Waukegan, Illinois (“The Temporary”) which we intend to operate while we design and construct our permanent American Place facility, (ii) to pay the transaction fees and expenses of the offer and sale of the Additional Notes and (iii) for general corporate purposes. The Consents will also permit the Company to increase the available borrowings under its credit agreement from $15.0 million to $40.0 million. The aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes, prior to the issuance of the Additional Notes, is $310.0 million.
The Solicitation expired at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on February 1, 2022 (the “Expiration Time”). Consents were received from a majority of holders of the Notes. Full House will pay a cash payment (the “Consent Fee”) of $10.00 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes with respect to which a valid Consent to the Amendments was delivered (and not validly revoked) prior to the Expiration Time. The Consent Fee will only be payable if all conditions to the Solicitation have been satisfied or waived and will be paid substantially concurrently with the issue date of the Additional Notes.

Full House Resorts Announces Appointment of Joshua Le Duff as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
LAS VEGAS, May 13, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Full House Resorts, Inc. (Nasdaq: FLL) (the “Company”) today announced that it has named Joshua Le Duff as its Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, subject to customary gaming approvals.
Mr. Le Duff has extensive marketing experience in the casino industry, including in regional casino gaming markets. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Marketing at Pala Casino Spa Golf Resort, a AAA Four Diamond property and one of Southern California’s top casino destinations. At Pala, he led a reimagining of the property’s reinvestment strategy, driving revenue growth and improved marketing returns. He also guided the evolution of the property’s marketing technology, launching Pala’s guest-facing digital platforms, including its mobile app. Earlier in his career, Mr. Le Duff held a range of leadership positions at Isle of Capri Casinos, including Vice President of Marketing, where he supported brand and database growth prior to the company’s acquisition by Eldorado Resorts. Mr. Le Duff holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Full House Resorts Announces New Leadership for Chamonix Casino Hotel

LAS VEGAS, March 11, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Full House Resorts, Inc. (Nasdaq: FLL) today announced the appointment of Brandon Lenssen as Vice President and General Manager of Chamonix Casino Hotel in Cripple Creek, Colorado, subject to customary gaming approvals.
Mr. Lenssen brings nearly three decades of experience in the gaming industry to Chamonix. Most recently, Mr. Lenssen served as Vice President and General Manager for Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI), where he helped casinos leverage data-driven strategies to improve game performance, marketing and player engagement. Prior to that, he spent five years as Vice President and General Manager of Bally’s Black Hawk, where he oversaw three casino properties serving the Denver metropolitan area. While at Bally’s, he successfully worked with regulators and slot system providers to integrate a seamless TITO ticketing solution across multiple casino licenses – an initiative that significantly improved customer convenience and operational efficiency.
Mr. Lenssen also held roles at VizExplorer, where he specialized in gaming analytics, and Isle Casino Black Hawk, where he served as its Senior Director of Casino Operations.

Full House Resorts Announces New Leadership for Rising Star Casino Resort

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 15, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Full House Resorts, Inc. (Nasdaq: FLL) (the “Company”) today announced that it has named Jeff Michie as vice president and general manager of its Rising Star Casino Resort in Rising Sun, Indiana, subject to customary gaming approvals. Mr. Michie will replace Angi Truebner-Webb who, as previously reported, will become the general manager of the Company’s Silver Slipper Casino Hotel in Hancock County, Mississippi.
Mr. Michie joins Rising Star from Casino del Sol, a large casino resort in Tucson, Arizona. As the chief financial officer of Casino del Sol, Mr. Michie oversaw the property’s finance, surveillance and golf course departments. Mr. Michie has also served in senior management positions at several casinos that directly compete with Rising Star, including as the senior vice president of operations and finance of Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati, and as assistant general manager and CFO for Belterra Casino Resort & Spa. During his extensive career, Mr. Michie has also served as general manager for several properties, including the Belle of Baton Rouge Casino & Hotel in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and the Horizon Casino & Hotel in Vicksburg, Mississippi. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and public administration from San Diego State University. He has also been a long-time resident of nearby Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
