OfficePools.com, the leading software supplier of community sports games in Canada, today announced the launch of free-to-play OfficePoolsBets.com, powered by Chalkline.

Office Pools has been powering communities of pool players for over 25 years, and this announcement represents a natural progression as the gaming industry evolves in Canada and across North America.

The software supplier deal allows OfficePoolsBets.com to take full advantage of Chalkline’s leading free-to-play platform during the height of the NHL Playoffs, the NBA Playoffs, and the European soccer championships.

Graham Lee, President/CEO at GSL Holdings Ltd., the owner and operator of OfficePools.com said: “OfficePools.com sees the legalization of sports betting in Canada as a positive development for sports fans across the provinces.

“This free-to-play partnership expands on our existing platform of engagement and educational tools, and Chalkline is the perfect partner to grow into a regulated sports betting environment with.”

The Canadian Parliament just passed Bill C-218 on June 22, 2021, which legalized wagering on single-sporting events for the first time.

Daniel Kustelski, CEO of Chalkline, said: “Graham and the team at OfficePools.com are part of the fabric of what it means to be a sports fan in Canada. We’re ecstatic to partner with the leading community fan site, and to leverage our shared vision and products to deliver fun and education to their passionate audience.”
