Gamblers Connect adds The Playa advisor Gali Hartuv to 2026 Contributors Program

Gamblers Connect on Wednesday (22 July 2026) announced that Gali Hartuv, Strategic Advisor at The Playa, has joined its 2026 Contributors Program as the seventh contributor revealed this year.

The independent B2B iGaming media platform said the program introduces one senior industry voice per month, with contributors publishing under the Gamblers Connect Contributor Editorial Code.

Gamblers Connect said Hartuv has more than 15 years of experience in VIP management, including the design, launch and optimisation of VIP programmes across more than 50 operator brands, and has trained “hundreds of professionals” working on VIP desks across the industry.

Under the program, Hartuv will publish on four focus areas, according to Gamblers Connect: building VIP programmes intended to drive long-term value; AI-powered VIP identification and player segmentation; hyper-personalisation and retention strategy; and scaling VIP operations across markets and cultures. The company said his content will appear in the Gamblers Connect Contributors vertical and be cross-linked with its Latest News feed.

His first published contribution is VIP Operations Survey 2026, which Gamblers Connect described as an anonymous industry survey aimed at establishing benchmarks for how VIP teams operate inside iGaming operators, including portfolio sizing, tooling, qualification thresholds, workflow standards and time allocation.
