Golden Whale Productions makes a splash with PASINO.ch deal

Machine Learning and Data infrastructure company will help operator’s pasino.ch brand drive growth through a powerful, scalable optimisation system covering user journeys, bonusing and more

Golden Whale Productions has put pen to paper on a deal with leading Swiss operator, PASINO.ch.

The deal will see Golden Whale build and deploy a scalable optimisation system for the Swiss PASINO.ch online casino brand of Casino du Lac Meyrin / Geneva.

Using a combination of data processing, machine learning and real-time analytics, Golden Whale offers highly specialised solutions that can help online casinos improve their player behaviour and classification, customer retention strategy, game optimisation and more.

The system being built for PASINO.ch will leverage the provider’s powerful machine learning technology and be based on use cases determined by the operator’s marketing, CRM and BI teams. This includes areas such as user journeys, player engagement and bonusing.

PASINO.ch is part of Groupe Partouche which is one of the largest casino operators in Europe, with more than 40 land based casinos located across France, Belgium, Tunisia and Switzerland. Its PASINO.ch brand is one of the most popular among players in Switzerland.
