GGPoker names Leah Hauer as UK and Ireland brand ambassador
GGPoker.co.uk on July 1, 2026 announced the signing of Leah Hauer as its UK and Ireland brand ambassador. The company said Hauer joins its GGTeam ambassador roster and will represent GGPoker online at GGPoker.co.uk and at major live tournament circuits across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
GGPoker described Hauer as a former League of Legends streamer who left a corporate consulting role at Visa to pursue poker full-time. The company said she runs a YouTube channel, “leahhatespoker,” and has posted live tournament results including an 18th-place finish in the €1,000 Ladies Championship at the 2026 World Series of Poker Europe in Prague, a third-place finish in the British Poker Series Ladies Event in London, and second- and third-place finishes at the Merit Poker Carmen Series in Cyprus.
“I am incredibly proud to partner with the world’s biggest online poker room and officially become a member of GGTeam,” Hauer said. “My poker journey to date has been a wild ride, and the community in the UK and Ireland has always been at the heart of it. What excites me most about joining GGPoker is how closely our values align – a shared passion for growing the game, supporting players, and bringing the poker community together both online and at live events. I can’t wait to get started and help showcase the game we all love across the region.”
“We are absolutely delighted to welcome Leah to the GGPoker family,” said Angela Martin, UK & Ireland Head of Marketing at GGPoker. “Leah brings a refreshing energy, genuine authenticity, and a fantastic connection to the grassroots UK poker scene. Her passion for the game and engaging content make her the perfect ambassador for GGPoker in the UK and Ireland. At GGPoker, we’re committed to doing things differently by celebrating and supporting our poker community both online and offline. Leah shares those values, and we’re excited to have her help us connect with and grow the game across the UK.”
GGPoker said Hauer will appear at live events across the UK and Ireland, including tournaments hosted by Grosvenor Casinos following a partnership announcement between Grosvenor Casinos and GGPoker. The company said her role will include player engagement and community-focused content, including vlogging while competing under the GGPoker banner.
