Tipico Sportsbook has launched a new digital marketing campaign for the NFL and college football season.
Named “Bet Against Your Rival,” this initiative engages NFL fans in Colorado, Ohio, and New Jersey, where Tipico operates. The eligible customers in these states will receive weekly bet credits, allowing them to bet against their home team’s historic rivals.
In Ohio, fans can wager against the Pittsburgh Steelers, while in New Jersey, the target is the Dallas Cowboys. In Colorado, fans can place bets against the Oakland Raiders.
The campaign is being promoted across various channels, including Tipico’s website, social media, and digital out-of-home advertising. The campaign also highlights Tipico’s expanded roster of celebrity ambassadors, which now includes Cardale Jones, an Ohio State football star, offering a $30 OSU bet credit and $150 in additional credits with a $50 deposit.
Former NFL player Josh Cribbs provides customers with $150 in bet credits and a $30 “Dawg Pound Bet” for the Cleveland Browns with a $50 deposit. Similarly, fitness model and media personality Callie Bundy offers first-time users $150 in bet credits and a $30 bet with a $50 deposit.

Throughout the fall, Tipico customers will have access to weekly promotions and game-related content. “Odds Flash” will provide enhanced odds for selected markets on Sunday games. Additionally, Tipico plans to launch an NFL pregame show featuring special guests and betting analysis on Sunday mornings. This show will be available for live streaming on the Tipico app, Facebook Live and YouTube. Furthermore, Ohio bettors can access expert insights through Tipico and its partner BigPlay. The collaboration between Tipico and BigPlay will extend to events and tailgates in Cleveland during Cleveland Browns’ home games throughout the 2023 season.
Tipico Unveils 2023 March Madness Competition
Tipico, a leading global sportsbook operator, announced its in-app competition and suite of promotions for the 2023 March Madness tournament.
Tipico will host a contest within its mobile app that will last the length of the March Madness tournament, awarding grand prizes of one year of free bets to one first place winner, nine runners up, and state scoring leaders. Additionally, weekly top performing players will earn exclusive rewards after each tournament round. Bettors can participate in the contest by adhering to the following criteria and scoring system:
- Place a $20 minimum wager to qualify for participation; bettors can place an unlimited number of bets throughout the duration of the contest.
- If a bet wins and is “+” odds, bettor accrues points equal to the odds (ex. Winning Bet at +350 odds scores 350 Points).
- If a bet wins and is “-” odds between, bettor accrues 20 points (ex. Winning Bet at -150 odds scores 20 Points).
- If any bet loses or a bet with odds lower than -200 wins, bettor accrues 0 points.
Tipico will post a national leaderboard to be updated after each round of the tournament based on the scoring results of the previous round. At the conclusion of the tournament, the leaderboard’s highest scorer will receive a grand prize of $100 Weekly Bet Credits in the Tipico app for one calendar year. Additionally, nine runners up and individual state winners in Ohio, Iowa, New Jersey, and Colorado will each win $20 Weekly Bet Credits for one calendar year.
Furthermore, Tipico will provide a select number of its VIP user base with a mix of rewards including free bets and deposit matches at the outset of the tournament. VIPs will be identified as users who have demonstrated a commitment to NCAAB betting with Tipico throughout the 2022-23 season. As the tournament advances, engaged users will be rewarded with $20 NCAAM protected bets to be leveraged in the following rounds.

Tipico has also introduced “The Shot,” a March Madness Tournament streaming show featuring legendary Duke University NCAA Champion and NBA All-Star Christian Laettner. The show will feature game previews and analysis, as Laettner will break down predictions alongside host and sports media personality Lauren Jbara.
To complement its streaming content, the Ohio fan community will also have exclusive opportunities to engage with Tipico through several upcoming events featuring on-site incentive offers at Rhinegeist Brewery in Cincinnati, Lower.com Field in Columbus, and TopGolf Cleveland, among others throughout the state.

Tipico Sportsbook Debuts “Bengals Revenge Bet” Promotion and $10,000 Same Game Parlay Competition for the Big Game
Tipico, a leading global sportsbook operator, unveiled its “Big Game” promotions. To qualify for Tipico’s Big Game SGP Competition, eligible customers must successfully wager $50 or more in real money on a bet with a minimum of two parlay legs on Sunday’s matchup. The top finishers of the SGP Competition will be those who place winning bets with the longest parlay odds.
One Grand Prize package will be awarded to the individual with the longest parlay odds on their bet. The Grand Prize package, which is valued at approximately $10,000, includes two complimentary tickets to a championship sporting event of the winner’s choosing along with two airfare tickets and a two-night hotel stay. The Top 10 Runners Up of the SGP Competition will receive five $100 Bet Credits totalling $500 to use on NBA or NCAAB wagers in the Tipico Sportsbook, issued weekly to each winner after the Competition concludes.

To take advantage of this offer, bettors must place a minimum moneyline bet of $50 or more on the Philadelphia Eagles to win the game. Along with their real money return, winners will secure two $5 bet credits: one on the Bengals to beat the Kansas City Chiefs in their first matchup of the 2023-2024 season, and one on the Bengals to win the Big Game in 2024.
