“StyrPåSpillet” – New Website About Gambling and Compulsive Gambling

The Danish Gambling Authority has launched the website StyrPåSpillet.dk which is a platform that gathers all relevant information about gambling and compulsive gambling.
The website, which is primarily aimed at parents and professionals (e.g. teachers), contains material about gambling and compulsive gambling, including articles written by the Danish Gambling Authority. There are also links to relevant reports and other material.
Primary and lower secondary school teachers can also find teaching materials that can be used directly from the website. The material is aimed at students aged 13-15.
Students who are writing an assignment on gambling or compulsive gambling can find relevant facts and figures at StyrPåSpillet.
The website also features the podcast “Vi snakker om spillet” (“We talk about the game”), where the host talks to a number of people who have experienced gambling addiction personally or in their social circle.
StyrPåSpillet is part of the Danish Parliament’s efforts against compulsive gambling from 2023 – 2025.

ELA Games Signs Partnership with Danske Licens Spil to Expand Presence in the Danish Market

ELA Games, a modern iGaming development studio, announces its strategic partnership with Danske Licens Spil, one of Denmark’s biggest iGaming operators. The collaboration will see ELA Games’ portfolio hosted on the Tivoli Casino platform, increasing the brand’s presence in the Danish market.
The Tivoli Casino platform, established in 2012, is a key figure in the Scandinavian iGaming landscape and constantly improves its content selection with modern and innovative games. As part of the partnership, Tivoli Casino will host some of ELA Games’ engaging and popular titles, such as Lucky Dwarfs and Madshow Circus. These games, due to their creative mechanics, social features, and visually rich design, will help boost Tivoli Casino’s engagement metrics.
ELA Games has obtained a game supplier license in Denmark, which marks the fourth for ELA Games as it continues its expansion across Europe. Currently, the studio holds game supplier licenses with the MGA (Malta Gaming Authority), the Swedish and Romanian gambling authorities, and now the DGA (Danish Gambling Authority).

The year 2024 proved to be an extremely successful year for ELA Games, which saw the studio release 15 new games and increase its production output to two games per month. This increase in production saw ELA Games increase its talent by 68%, laying the groundwork for continued success in 2025.

Kimi Räikkönen and Paf will begin Partnership

Paf, the Åland-based gaming company and pioneer in responsible gaming, has signed a multi-year partnership with Formula 1 World Champion Kimi Räikkönen.
The agreement is conditional upon Paf obtaining a license in Finland and will take effect once Finland’s gambling market is opened to competition and the current system transitions to a licensing model. At present, the authorities goal is to implement the licensing system at the beginning of 2027.
