BetBlocker partners with Casino.Guru to deliver Finnish language support

A partnership between leading casino directory, Casino.Guru, and UK and US charity BetBlocker has seen the charity expand their award winning free and anonymous to use blocking software solution to the Finnish language.

Reducing friction between players and accessing support to manage their gambling has been a cornerstone of the BetBlocker project from its inception, with the service provided free of charge and with no need to register.

Language barriers represent a significant obstacle for many users and BetBlocker has been working tirelessly to translate their support into an many additional languages as possible. With an estimated 4% of the population of Finland at moderate risk of harm in 2023, according to the Finnish government’s report on gambling, the translation of BetBlocker into Finnish improves support for hundreds of thousands of people.
