NODWIN Gaming Expands Portfolio with acquisition of Trinity Gaming

NODWIN Gaming, a leader in new-age youth entertainment, gaming, and esports and a material subsidiary of Nazara Technologies Limited (BSE: NAZARA), today announced the acquisition of Trinity Gaming, a leading gaming agency and platform MCN/ CSP in a deal valued at INR 24 Crore. This acquisition will see Trinity Gaming become a fully owned subsidiary of NODWIN Gaming, marking a significant step in expanding its reach and capabilities within the Indian gaming and content ecosystem.

The acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Trinity will be a combination of secondary sale and stock swap of NODWIN Gaming shares for a total consideration of upto INR 24 Crores. The consideration would be payable partly by way of Cash consideration upto INR 4.8 Crores and balance INR 19.2 Crores by way of swap of equity shares of Nodwin Gaming. As part of this transaction, the founders would become shareholders of NODWIN Gaming and continue to lead the business going forward.

Founded in 2019 by entrepreneurial duo Abhishek Aggarwal and Shivam Rao, Trinity Gaming has quickly established itself as a cornerstone in India’s gaming influencer ecosystem. Trinity Gaming is a Creator Service Provider (CSP) for Meta and the only Gaming MCN (Multi-channel Network) for YouTube in Gaming in India, managing over 1,000 creators from across the country, with prominent partnerships with global brands such as Samsung, Realme, iQOO, and Krafton.

Trinity’s expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and agency activations makes it a valuable addition to NODWIN Gaming’s portfolio, enhancing its ability to forge impactful partnerships with gaming creators and brands.

S8UL Esports, a global powerhouse in esports and gaming content, has officially acquired the renowned North American Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) team formerly known as BloodThirstyKings (BTK). With this move, S8UL makes a historic entry into the MLBB competitive circuit, becoming the first Indian organisation to sign a top-tier international MLBB roster ahead of the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2025 and other major tournaments.

The roster officially qualified for the MLBB Mid Season Cup (MSC) at the upcoming EWC 2025 following a dominant run in the recently concluded North America Challenger Tournament (NACT) Spring Season, where they defeated Area 77 in the Grand Finals with a 4-2 scoreline.

That comeback secured their place at the M6 World Championship, where they went on to finish in the top 10. Collectively, the roster has earned close to $150,000 (approx. INR 1.2 crore) in prize winnings, establishing themselves as one of the most accomplished MLBB teams in North America.

According to data from Esports Charts, MLBB is the world’s most popular esports game in 2025, with a peak viewership of 2.7 million. The M6 World Championship held last year recorded an impressive peak viewership of 4.13 million and maintained an average viewership of 709,000 across its 120-hour broadcast, making it one of the largest and most-watched esports tournaments of 2024.

At EWC 2025, 16 of the world’s top MLBB teams will compete in double elimination group stages and best-of-5 knockout rounds which will culminate in a best-of-7 grand final. With a $3,000,000 (approx. INR 25.6 crore) prize pool on the line, this year’s MSC is set to be one of the biggest mobile esports events in history.

S8UL’s MLBB roster brings a balanced mix of experience and synergy across all roles. MobaZane leads as the Jungler, with FwydChickn in the EXP Lane and Hoon anchoring the Mid Lane. Nazara’s subsidiary Absolute Sports acquires TJRWrestling.net and ITRWrestling.com

Absolute Sports, a subsidiary of Nazara Technologies and the parent company of Sportskeeda.com, announced today that it has signed definitive agreements, subject to closing conditions, to acquire two IPs, TJRWrestling.net and ITRWrestling.com. These business assets will be acquired from Titan Insider Digital. These IPs add to the already dominant global position of Absolute Sports in the combat sports publishing industry.

TJRWrestling and ITRWrestling established in 2009 and 2020 respectively, have built a robust audience base within the wrestling fan community through their high-quality and in-depth combat sports news and content coverage. Together, they currently attract 1.7 million monthly active users and generate 4.6 million monthly pageviews, predominantly from North America. They generated $722K (~INR 6.1 crore) in revenue in 2024.

The transaction, valued at $1.25 million (~INR 10.5 crore), will be an all-cash asset purchase via the company’s U.S. subsidiary, Sportskeeda Inc., and is expected to close within the next 45 days.
