BMM Testlabs (“BMM”), the world’s original gaming test lab renowned for exceptional product compliance and certification services, today announced that Reena Varma, Senior Vice President of Operations, India, has been presented the Woman Icon of the Year award in Asia`s Inspirational Women Awards 2023.

Varma was selected from among 40 nominees for this prominent recognition, which recognizes women who have excelled and worked valiantly over the past year. She was honored during a ceremony at the Hotel Radisson Blu in Dwarka, New Delhi.

Varma joined BMM as Head of Quality and Operations, India, in 2021 and was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, India. Prior to BMM, she worked 11 years as the Operations and Quality Head for Wipro, a publicly traded technology and services consulting company with more than 245,000 employees across 65 countries. Previously, she served as the AVP Quality & Business Assurance at Sopra Steria, which is a European-based consulting, digital services, and software development company with 50,000 consultants, headquartered in Paris, having operations in several countries in Western Europe and Asia. She also worked as Quality Head with Innodata Information Technologies and as the Delivery Manager with TCIL BellSouth. Varma received her Master of Computer Applications and Law degree from Delhi University.
