Jackpot Alert! Caesars Rewards Members Hit Mega Progressive Jackpot at Caesars Palace

On Feb. 20, two lucky Caesars Rewards members hit a Mega Progressive Jackpot on Ultimate Texas Hold ‘Em for $779,149 and $117,688 at Caesars Palace.

Guest Kyle Johnson of Eagle Mountain, Utah was staying at The Cromwell and walked over to Caesars Palace in the evening to gamble with some friends. After playing at the same table for 30 minutes, he hit the jackpot for $779,148.50. Johnson, who has played the game hundreds of times, treated his friends to dinner and then plans to pay off his house with his earnings.

Earlier in the afternoon, guest Phillip Mitchell of Peabody, Mass. also hit a jackpot for $117,688 after playing at the same table for 30 minutes. Mitchell, who was staying at Caesars Palace to celebrate his recent birthday, said he has played this game a lot and was shocked to win the jackpot. He plans to use some of his earnings to help pay for the weddings of his two daughters this summer.
