Gaming Corps signs deal with global player BetConstruct

Swedish developer Gaming Corps AB (publ) has the pleasure of announcing its partnership with global software and distribution company BetConstruct. BetConstruct will provide aggregator platform services, distributing Gaming Corps’ iGaming products to its affiliated operators and partners on several geographical markets worldwide.

BetConstruct is a leading player in the global casino industry, offering a wide range of products and services; software, proprietary products, technical services and technical distribution for other developers. The agreement means that BetConstruct will provide aggregator services to Gaming Corps, enabling technical distribution of the Company’s casino slots to operators globally. Due to BetConstruct’s worldwide presence, and that a significant number of its affiliated operators are fully owned subsidiaries, the agreement provides an opportunity for Gaming Corps to facilitate faster distribution to key markets and geographical areas. Focused on Gaming and iGaming, publicly listed developer Gaming Corps established its iGaming business in 2019, gained an MGA license early 2020 and has started releasing a product portfolio of casino slots.

The dialogue between BetConstruct and Gaming Corps started in the spring of 2020 and both parties have expressed interest in initiating a long-term collaboration. BetConstruct will be Gaming Corps’ preferred partner in Armenia, and discussions on other options for further expanding the collaboration are under way.
