Hawks Talon GC Media Day Set For Tuesday, March 10

WHAT:

Members from Hawks Talon Gaming Club, the official NBA 2K League affiliate of the Atlanta Hawks, will be made available to talk to the media at the team’s new training facility at Media Day ahead of the 2020 season.

Members from Hawks Talon Gaming Club will be made available to the media at the team’s new training facility in downtown Atlanta at the team’s Media Day ahead of the 2020 season, which will tip off on Tuesday, March 24.

On the team’s roster are the third and fourth overall picks from last year’s NBA 2K League Draft. Bp (Michael Diaz), who was named one of five finalists for the 2019 Intel Performance NBA 2K League Most Valuable Player Award. He was acquired in a trade this past offseason with Kings Guard Gaming. MrStylez (Andrew Valle) was retained by Hawks Talon GC after being acquired last year in a mid-season trade with Pistons GT. The team’s current roster also consists of Lee (Lee Lamb), Kel (Mykel Wilson), followTHEGOD (Kwan Larry Niblack Jr) and Atlanta native Arkele (Derrion Elmore) who were all selected in the most-recent NBA 2K League Draft.

The team is led by Team Manager and Head Coach Wesley Acuff who is primarily responsible for all aspects of team operations, including player personnel management and coaching strategy.
