DigiPlus Sets the Standard for Responsible Gaming with Industry-first Player Protection Tools

DigiPlus Interactive, the company behind BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, SpinPlus and GameZone, is setting the benchmark for responsible gaming in the Philippines, introducing industry-first safeguards that ensure a safe, balanced and controlled gaming experience for players.

At the core of its responsible gaming initiatives is the in-app Responsible Gaming tab, which empowers users to self-regulate their gaming habits. Through this feature, players can set daily gaming duration limits, customise play schedules and cap their losses and deposits, ensuring they engage with gaming on their own terms. Self-exclusion tools also allow users to voluntarily pause gaming access, reinforcing healthy gaming behaviours.

Beyond in-app protections, DigiPlus is championing responsible digitalization through Tamang Laro, Tamang Panalo, an expert-led webinar series that aims to educate players on responsible gaming habits, financial literacy and player well-being. DigiPlus also provides financial coaching sessions, equipping players with the knowledge to make informed financial decisions and manage their resources wisely.

Strengthening its advocacy, DigiPlus—in partnership with PAGCOR—launched Pusta de Peligro, a nationwide campaign focused on prevention, education and intervention.
