PA Gaming Control Board Levies $20,000 in Fines
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (Board) approved two consent agreements presented by the Board’s Office of Enforcement Counsel during its public meeting resulting in a total of $20,000 in fines against an operator of internet casino-type gaming and an operator of fantasy contests:
- Stadium Casino RE LLC a $10,000 fine for offering unapproved college prop bets through its subcontracted Betway platform; and,
- Crown PA DFS Inc., d/b/a DraftKings, also a $10,000 fine for permitting Pennsylvania players to access its “Reignmakers” fantasy contests after the Board had ordered the contests to be made unavailable in the Commonwealth.

The next meeting of the Board is scheduled for 10:00 am, Wednesday, April 24, 2024, in the Board’s Public Hearing Room located on the second floor of the Strawberry Square Complex in Harrisburg.
