This prestigious compilation will foreground and celebrate the best game developers and publishers in the growing mobile gaming industry. As every year, the list will be decided by the experts at PocketGamer.biz, but to ensure no studio is overlooked, nominations are open to the public, who can submit suggestions and supporting material for the team’s consideration.

Returning for the 13th year, Pocket Gamer is compiling the best of the best into their Top 50 Mobile Game Makers which sets the benchmark for all mobile game makers worldwide. Now games companies and developers have the golden opportunity to ensure that their company and colleagues receive the recognition they deserve among the industry’s elite.

The Top 50 Game Makers list encompasses developers and publishers of various scales. However, entry is not open to tool providers, engine makers, ad networks, and other service providers and middleware vendors.

Nominations are now currently open, and game makers can begin a journey towards excellence starting with a simple lobbying form.

The team at Pocket Gamer will be accepting submissions until Friday 21st July, 2023, and will carefully select the most deserving and outshining candidates. The Top 50 final list will be made through an editorial decision-making process, which considers a range of different factors and criteria including; the calibre and quantity of the company’s most recent game releases, the company’s financial performance in the previous year, notable innovations or industry influence, cultural significance, and the company’s overall future prospects.
