U.S. Integrity has announced a comprehensive partnership with Saracen Casino Resort, currently the biggest sportsbook in the state of Arkansas, a unique and exclusive market with three operators in play.

Located in Pine Bluff, Saracen is the first and only stand-alone casino in Arkansas history.
