International Game Technology (IGT) has announced that its PlayDigital organisation has won two awards at the 2021 SBC Awards North America.

FanDuel Group and The Cordish Companies opened a FanDuel Sportsbook inside Sports & Social Maryland at Live! Casino & Hotel in the Baltimore/Washington corridor, signifying the first FanDuel sportsbook in the state.

Ohio lawmakers have reached an agreement that will legalise sports betting for those 21 and older. Rumbolz will be appointed Executive Chairman of the Board and that current Chief Operating Officer Randy L. Taylor will succeed Mr. Rumbolz as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Taylor also will be appointed to the Board of Directors. All appointments will be effective 1 April 2022.

The Professional Fighters League (PFL) has announced an exclusive multi-year partnership for its new PFL Challenger Series with fuboTV Inc., the leading sports-first live TV streaming platform.

Everi Digital, the online gaming division of Everi Holdings, has announced a new partnership to bring its award-winning gaming content to Atlantic Lottery Corporation’s (ALC) online casinos.

Acquisitions

Aspire Global has signed an agreement to acquire 25% of bingo supplier END 2 END for USD 1.75 million in cash with an option to acquire all of the shares in three- or five-years time.

Vivid Seats has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Betcha Sports.

Bragg Gaming Group has announced that it has received all required regulatory approvals to complete its acquisition of Spin Games LLC (Spin Games), which it now expects to occur in early 2022.
