JCM Installs GEN5 Thermal Printers at Del Lago Resort & Casino

JCM Global (JCM) has installed its award-winning GEN5 Thermal Printer on all 1752 slot machines at del Lago Resort & Casino in Waterloo, New York.

The installation was an upgrade of JCM’s existing GEN2U printers and gives del Lago the power to further enhance the guest experience with GEN5’s advanced capabilities.

JCM’s GEN5 Thermal Printer is the better, faster, smarter printing solution. GEN5 sets new standards in casino printers and enhances the guest experience with forward-thinking technology, such as an incredibly fast CPU and print speed, flexibility to print TITO and promotional tickets, as well as various wager tickets and templated promotional coupons.
