Esports Entertainment Acquires Helix eSports and ggCircuit

Esports Entertainment Group, has completed the formalities of the acquisition of Helix eSports LLC and ggCircuit LLC.

ggCircuit is a B2B software company offering cloud-based management for LAN centers, a tournament platform, and integrated wallet/point-of-sale solutions for enterprise customers. Helix eSports has five esports centers across the USA and owns Genji Analytics, an esports analytics provider.
