Red Rake Gaming exhibiting again at ICE London 2020!

Premium online casino games provider to unveil all their plans for this new year in the biggest event of the gaming industry, ICE London 2020, at stand N8-222

ICE 2020, to be held at the Excel London from 4th to 6th of February, will see Red Rake Gaming’s stand almost doubling its size from last year exhibition and welcoming the latest additions to the account management team, Anna Krasovska and Sharon Agimal.

Red Rake Gaming, headquartered in Valencia (Spain) and with an ever-growing office in Sliema (Malta), will introduce all their plans and future developments to all their partners and friends at stand N8-222.

One of the main points on the 2020 strategy for the Spanish developer is to keep growing its footprint in the regulated markets. With UKGC and MGA licenses and certification to provide in the Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Romanian and Swedish markets, Red Rake is evaluating its access to additional regulated markets across the globe and will be delighted to share its plans with all the delegates.

Visitors will also be able to learn more about Red Rake’s roadmap for this year. New titles include innovative unique features and mechanics that will make sure the games are a hit among the players.

The Spanish-rooted games maker will also tell the audience about their social casino B2B offering. BetBlocker the ground-breaking initiative which provides a free, anonymous, accessible, and robust gambling-blocking tool that empowers users to control their gambling behaviour, has been named Clarion Gaming’s charity partner for 2024/25. 

The Award will cover the first editions of ICE and iGB Affiliate to be held in Barcelona as well as the July 2025 edition of iGB L!VE, the first to take place at ExCeL London.

Blackstone to List Spain’s Cirsa Shares in Madrid Early 2025

Private equity investor Blackstone plans to list shares of Spanish gambling company Cirsa in the first half of 2025 in an initial public offering.

Blackstone would raise between 700 million euros and 1 billion euros,floating between 20% and 25% of Cirsa.

The investment fund has hired Barclays, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley as global coordinators, according to reports.

Cirsa, Blackstone, Barclays, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Blackstone acquired Cirsa, which operates casinos and betting shops across Spain and Latin America, in 2018 for an undisclosed sum.

In 2021, a Spanish newspaper reported Blackstone was considering a Cirsa IPO in a deal that would value the company at around $3.4 billion.
