Sportech Extends Agreement with Danske Spil

Sportech Racing and Digital, a division of Sportech PLC, has announced that it has signed a multi-year extension to its technology licensing and services agreement with Danske Spil, the National Lottery Company of Denmark.

As per the deal, Sportech will supply Danske Spil with its Quantum System Tote pari-mutuel betting solution.

In addition to the Quantum System software, Sportech will also provide enhanced operational tools, such as a consolidated interface for data and wagering, and will upgrade Danske Spil to Sportech’s latest-generation online pools betting platform.

The recently completed integration to allow horse racing to be offered via a large number of Danske Spil lottery outlets is one example of these solutions.
