Since April 2016 Maksym has been head of the legal team and in 2018 became a Partner. He has extensive experience in management, representing groups of entities, approval of decisions, corporate governance, and conducting the legal restructuring of assets. Since becoming a Partner, Maksym has successfully overseen the restructuring of the legal team.

Maksym has over 15 years of experience in M&A, competitive law, tax optimization, international jurisdiction, legal and business consultancy and has vast experience of working with online businesses. Maksym holds a BS degree in Law, and a Specialist degree in Business Relations, and a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property.

Maksym enjoys skiing and hiking. Since relocating to Parimatch’s HQ to Cyprus, Maksym has found a new hobby: water sports. Maksym is happily married and has two children.
