INCENTIVE GAMES AND BET365 BRING TOURNAMENT CHALLENGE TO THE 2026 WORLD CUP

In partnership with globally renowned online gambling operator bet365, leading B2B games provider Incentive Games has refreshed its popular Tournament Challenge game ahead of the 2026 World Cup.

Developed in partnership with bet365 for their free-to-play portfolio, Tournament Challenge has been designed to capture the excitement, competition and unpredictability of international tournament football, giving fans a new way to engage with every stage of the World Cup.

Accessible via the Free Games tab within the Soccer classification, and through various access banners across the bet365 website and app, Tournament Challenge allows players to predict match outcomes (win, lose or draw) across the Group Stage Match Days and Knockout Rounds. Players allocate a 10-point stake to each prediction, with points returns based on the odds of their selected outcome and an opportunity to double their points on one prediction per round. Match Days and Knockout Rounds are released individually throughout the tournament to encourage ongoing engagement.

New for 2026, Tournament Challenge introduces ‘Your Leagues’, allowing players to create and join private leagues with friends and family using simple league codes. Players can compare predictions and track performance within their group, adding a new social and competitive layer to the tournament experience.

Alongside the introduction of ‘Your Leagues’, Tournament Challenge has been enhanced for the 2026 World Cup with a range of player-focused improvements, with additional updates planned throughout the tournament to keep fans engaged from the opening match through to the final.

Ahmed Baker, Chief Commercial Officer at Incentive Games said, “The World Cup is one of the biggest sporting moments on the planet, and Tournament Challenge is designed to bring fans even closer to it. We wanted to create something competitive, social and easy to jump into throughout the tournament. The addition of ‘Your Leagues’ adds a whole new dimension this year, giving players the chance to compete directly with friends and share the experience together. We’re incredibly proud to continue working alongside the fantastic team at bet365 to bring this to life.”

Rhead Hilton, bet365 Software Product Development Manager said, “With the World Cup bringing together fans from all over the world, Tournament Challenge gives bet365 customers a valuable opportunity to get closer to the action.

We are pleased to offer a free-to-play experience that is straightforward, engaging and built around competition, with our Your Leagues feature adding a social dimension that allows players to challenge one another directly and compare predictions. We are also proud to continue our partnership with Incentive Games and deliver another strong product for our customers.”
