Shaping the World of Esports: World Esports Summit Marks a Milestone 10th Edition

The World Esports Summit 2025, organized by the International Esports Federation (IESF), has successfully concluded its milestone 10th edition, reaffirming its role as a cornerstone event for World of Esports development and international cooperation.

Guided by the theme “Shaping the World of Esports”, the 2025 Summit brought together federations, publishers, international sports bodies, technology leaders, and integrity organizations to align on the future of esports as a structured, credible, and globally unified discipline.

This anniversary edition featured a strong and diverse lineup of speakers, reflecting IESF’s commitment to cross-sector collaboration. Key contributions came from Gustavo Arellano (FIBA), Eric Stranne (FIA), Ray Ng (Moonton), James Yang (Tencent), Valentin Capelli (WADA), Junghwan Han (KADA), Dipesh Makwana (Alibaba Cloud), Tomica Madjercic (Sportradar), and Ivan Dimitrijevic (EXPO 2027 Belgrade), alongside senior esports representatives from worldwide.

Discussions throughout the Summit addressed key pillars of IESF’s mission, including governance and federation development, competitive integrity and anti-doping frameworks, technological innovation, and sustainable ecosystem growth.
