Golden Whale launches BonusPilot to bring real-time deep incentive intelligence and automation to iGaming operators
Golden Whale, a provider of machine-learning and data-driven optimisation technology for the iGaming industry, has launched BonusPilot, a new feature-set within its Foundation platform that enables operators to manage complex combinations of player incentives through real-time, AI- and machine learning-driven intelligence.
Designed to integrate with any system configuration, BonusPilot analyses live behavioural data across games, campaigns and CRM activity to determine the optimal timing, value and type of incentive for each individual player. The result is a move away from broad, scheduled campaigns toward autonomously personalised and continuously adapting incentive strategies – one step into Full Model Control (FMC) for iGaming operations.

BonusPilot works and can be specifically trained with all incentive types available within an operator’s inventory, from bonus funds and free spins to loyalty coins or custom rewards in gamification suites. Every interaction feeds back into Golden Whale’s proprietary LOOPS architecture, a continuous learning system that updates recommendations as player behaviour changes. This ensures incentives remain relevant, effective and aligned with long-term value.
Responsible engagement is also built into the design. BonusPilot can take in guardrails at both system and operator level to ensure incentives remain appropriate and can flag potential bonus abuse by limiting or halting offers when needed.
