RubyPlay unveils studio-based content ecosystem designed for localisation, customisation and global scale
The company expands to a five-studio structure operating under shared technology, infrastructure and distribution
RubyPlay has evolved its operating model into a studio-based, layered content ecosystem, bringing five distinct studios together under a single, unified technology and distribution framework.
The new structure positions RubyPlay as a scalable, studio-based organisation built around market-focused studios operating on shared technology, infrastructure, and distribution, allowing RubyPlay to add additional studios in the future.
RubyPlay Studio operates alongside Koala Games, Mad Hat Games, Xslots, and a dedicated studio for bespoke and branded content, each contributing independently to the ecosystem.
Koala Games was the first of the additional studios to launch in July 2025 and has already seen strong market traction with titles such as Voltage Blitz Vortex and Voltage Blitz Rapid, delivering bold visuals, high-energy gameplay and strong commercial performance.
The ecosystem is built on a layered model rather than traditional silos, enabling multiple creative studios to operate on a single, robust technology platform.
Each studio operates with a clear creative focus, integrated through shared technology, infrastructure and distribution. This unified model allows RubyPlay to maintain consistency and quality at scale.
This development strengthens RubyPlay’s position as a long-term content partner for operators seeking flexibility, brand control and market relevance.
Tsachi Maimon, Chief Executive Officer at RubyPlay, said: “Since joining RubyPlay, it’s been clear to me that the company’s strengths lie in the combination of creative independence and a shared foundation. Structuring the business as a layered studio-based ecosystem allows each studio to focus on its own markets and creative direction, while operating on the same technology, infrastructure and distribution framework. This structure allows RubyPlay to scale its operations more efficiently.
“The successful launch of Koala Games earlier this year demonstrated the power of this approach in practice, and the continued expansion of the ecosystem, including a dedicated studio for bespoke and branded content, allows us to collaborate more closely with operators and deliver content that is adaptable to their needs.”
