TG Lab doubles down on LatAm with new Managed Services Hub in Chile
New Santiago office adds an initial 60-strong specialist team to its delivery for major brands across LatAm
Global omni-channel platform provider TG Lab has opened a new Managed Services Centre in Santiago, Chile, strengthening its on-the-ground support for operators across Spanish-speaking Latin America and marking another major milestone in its regional growth strategy.
The new hub launches with a starting team of more than 60 specialists, covering casino and sportsbook management, CRM, VIP, gamification and affiliation. It also includes dedicated experts in fraud prevention, KYC, payments and customer support, giving TG Lab’s LatAm partners a complete, localised operational service for all markets on the continent.
With an established customer base in Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Paraguay and Chile, the Santiago hub will enable TG Lab to enhance delivery and improve performance across key regional markets. The company also plans to extend its reach into Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Ecuador in the near future.
This latest development builds on a strong period of growth for the provider in Latin America, following the opening of TG Lab’s Brazil Hub in Foz do Iguaçu. The successful integration of its Brazilian acquisition, SysGaming, has seen the team double in size, further reinforcing the company’s position as one of the market’s most trusted local technology partners.
As TG Lab continues to expand across Latin America, it will pursue both organic and M&A growth while strengthening its position as one of the region’s most localised and trusted B2B platform providers.
