Internet Sports International (ISI), a global provider of turnkey race and sportsbook software and solutions, announced its strategic partnership with Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel, voted 2023 Best Casino by The Olympian Best of the South Sound series. ISI, which specializes in casino retail sportsbook solutions, has implemented eight new sports betting kiosks, as well as the back-end sportsbook technology infrastructure for Lucky Eagle’s brand-new Legends Sportsbook.

“In a highly competitive market, to launch a successful, modern sportsbook, we had to provide our players with an elevated modern experience focused on seamless integration and user-friendly technology. Since our launch and partnership with ISI, the results have been astounding,” said Rodney Youckton, Chief Collaboration Officer for the Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel.

“ISI’s advanced analytics and reporting have allowed our operations team to adapt and scale to the specific betting needs and trends of our players, allowing our team to continually provide new betting options and experiences. These new capabilities have allowed us to offer numerous new bets to thousands of new customers. We’ve even had to increase operating hours at the sportsbook to meet the incoming demand from our regular players and new customers alike.”

The new Legends Sportsbook opened in the summer of 2023 to wide acclaim. The 2100 square foot space features a full-service bar and 25 televisions along with the area’s only self-service beer wall. The decor of the new Legends Sportsbook is focused on both the history of the tribe and the surrounding community’s rich sports history. The custom tables within Legends highlight epic sports legends and sports legends of the Pacific Northwest.

“So many small and mid-sized tribal casinos only see a one-size-fits-all solution in a licensing agreement. While bringing notable national brand recognition, these agreements tend to favor larger casinos with online capabilities, not necessarily retail-only establishments,” said Bill Stearns, President of ISI.

“ISI’s technology solutions and kiosk integration provide a competitive advantage, will help increase foot traffic, and will boost casino sales. ISI scales and flexes with the needs of Lucky Eagle, allowing the tribe to own and drive its operation, customizing the experience to its player base. The partnership has been a success and it is incredibly rewarding to watch the sportsbook show constant growth and help boost overall casino and hotel sales – from table games participation to food and beverage purchases.”
