SolutionsHub supports Enjoy Gaming in successful Isle of Man Software Supplier Licence approval

Innovative live casino studio Enjoy Gaming have successfully secured the prestigious Isle of Man Software Supplier Licence, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth.
Enjoy Gaming utilised the expertise of renowned Island-based eGaming consultancy SolutionsHub, to assist with the application process, helping them secure their B2B licence.
Head of Operations at SolutionsHub, James O’Kelly said “we’re incredibly proud to have facilitated the successful licence application for Enjoy Gaming. They’re an innovative business providing an excellent product and have really exciting plans, so they were an ideal fit for SolutionsHub from the start. Now that they have their Isle of Man licence, we’re looking forward to seeing the business grow from here and to help them achieve success.”
What makes Enjoy Gaming so innovative is the introduction of a fresh new live casino experience. Their first offering, Kyiv Pros Roulette uses RNG and pre-recorded video, providing simultaneous gameplay and live results for players. Unlike traditional live roulette tables, where players make quick decisions and then have a lengthy wait for the outcome, this approach offers the rhythm and speed of auto-roulette combined with the premium experience of professional live dealers.
Having professional live dealers in an elegant, stylish setting allows players to immerse themselves in an exclusive, luxury personal casino experience. Along with the faster pace of the game rounds, players remain engaged.
Recognising the importance of adopting an omni-channel approach, particularly for operators looking to engage players across a range of different markets, Enjoy Gaming have optimised their games so that they work seamlessly with all devices including desktop, mobile and tablet.
Enjoy Gaming’s story is unique, having faced significant upheaval in their homeland, they were forced to redirect their efforts. With their team of Ukrainian developers, designers, cinema crew and casino dealers, their pre-recorded online roulette was born. Having seen significant early growth already, the successful acquisition of an Isle of Man Software Supplier Licence is a landmark achievement for the rapidly growing studio.
Looking to the future, the company has big plans to both elevate their existing content as well as expanding their portfolio. Enjoy Gaming Director Steven Welsh said “we’ll be introducing additional features like multipliers to our existing games to enhance the experience for players. We’re also focused on developing a new Game Shows category to deliver even more entertainment and excitement, as well as true 24/7 live broadcasting to make content even more interactive.”
The Isle of Man has seen a marked increase in software suppliers opting for the credibility that licensing in the offshore jurisdiction provides, with many of the industry’s leading names now making it a prerequisite to do business. Steven went on; “obtaining the recognition of an Isle of Man license gives us a platform to build from and will allow us to develop strategic partnerships and develop new business opportunities.”
As a leading authority in the licensing and maintenance of iGaming businesses in the Isle of Man, SolutionsHub have been instrumental in supporting operators and B2B with successful licence applications. Given the shift towards greater transparency and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards being seen across the industry, the future looks bright for the Isle of Man.

Association of Gaming Operators in Kenya Announces New Regulations

The Association of Gaming Operators in Kenya (AGOK) in partnership with government agencies, regulators and civil society are spearheading a set of proactive initiatives designed to shape the future of the gaming industry and protect innocent Kenyans from addiction to gaming.
In a press release, the Association says nationwide awareness campaigns promoting informed, mindful participation in gaming will be carried out across the country.
Advocacy for tools such as time-out mechanisms, betting and deposit limits will be put in place to ensure a healthy and controlled gaming behaviour among Kenyans.
“The gaming industry in Kenya continues to evolve rapidly, creating opportunities for economic growth, digital innovation, and employment. However, with this growth comes a heightened responsibility to safeguard the welfare of players, particularly young people and vulnerable populations,” the statement by AGOK’s board reads in part.
“AGOK acknowledges the complex challenges associated with gaming, particularly around mental health, addiction prevention, and ethical standards. These are global concerns which members of AGOK take seriously. They are at the forefront of our agenda.”
The Association furthers contends that all its members operate under a “shared code of conduct” rooted in principles of fairness, transparency and social responsibility.
Among meaningful steps it says it has taken to prevent exploitation and minimise harm include putting into place advanced age-verification systems to block underage access, self exclusion tools that provide options for and permanent restrictions to gaming activities and round-the clock toll free helplines that offer confidential mental health and addiction support.
The regulatory measures comes amid calls to regulate the sector following increase in cases of mental health and some suicide cases attributed to betting.

Sumsub Maintains Compliance with iBeta Standards

Sumsub announced that its Liveness solution has successfully passed iBeta Quality Assurance testing in line with the ISO/IEC 30107-3 standard. The evaluation, conducted on both Android and iOS platforms, confirms the solution’s compliance with Level 2 of the Biometric Presentation Attack Detection (PAD) Standard—the solution showed zero mistakes during testing, validating Sumsub’s technology as capable of resisting sophisticated spoofing attempts.
Sumsub’s Liveness solution is designed to detect deepfakes and prevent biometric fraud using advanced in-house AI models. By integrating AI-driven detection tools, Sumsub helps organizations stay ahead of emerging threats and maintain trust throughout the user verification process.
“iBeta Level 2 testing reflects our commitment to trust, quality, and staying ahead of fraud trends.
