FSL, the global gaming and development studio behind web3 lifestyle app STEPN, NFT marketplace MOOAR, and social-strategy game Gas Hero, has officially announced the launch of STEPN GO. The new product is a social lifestyle app that rewards your daily movement and social interactions. Today marks an exciting milestone with the release of the STEPN GO Whitepaper and Tokenomic model. The game introduces a new token, GO GAME TOKEN (GGT), which users can earn by walking, jogging, and running with digital NFT Sneakers. There will also be a PvP game feature that allows users to earn GMT, the FSL Ecosystem token.

The original STEPN app was launched in 2021 and remains the world’s leading ‘Move and Earn’ application, pioneering the genre of gamified web3 fitness applications. With over 5.6 million registered users and over 1 million Sneaker NFTs owned by players, STEPN achieved monumental success, acquiring a global community. STEPN has partnered with prolific brands over the years including ASICS, Steve Aoki, and most recently adidas. STEPN was also the first blockchain gaming app to integrate Apple Pay, creating a seamless onboarding experience for web2 native users.

Yawn Rong, Co-Founder of FSL commented, “The STEPN community has been requesting social features within the app since the early days of STEPN. Therefore, we’re so excited to reveal these new features, which will propel STEPN GO into mainstream adoption. In addition to the Haus Mechanism and Interactive Map, we will also implement PvP elements within the app. Community is at the heart of everything we do at FSL, and we are ecstatic to announce this monumental milestone today, reinforcing our commitment to empowering and engaging our users.”

Building on the success of STEPN, FSL has designed unique social features within STEPN GO. The first key social element is the ‘Haus System’, which is a lending system that allows users to share their Sneaker NFTs with friends and family members who are new to the app, and split their earnings. This system will enable easy onboarding for new users to enjoy the app and kickstart their fitness journey. Another unique feature will be the ‘Interactive Map’, which will allow users to see other players’ avatars and even add them as friends within the platform. This Interactive Map will also allow users to drop messages that can be found by other players out doing STEPN GO runs.

Jerry Huang, Co-Founder of FSL added, “With STEPN GO, anyone can onboard their friends and family to web3 without needing to create a wallet or even buy NFTs. Exercise will be more fun and rewarding. We will combine fitness with many enjoyable experiences, including having your own customizable avatars with unique outfits!”

The Alpha Version of STEPN GO is set to launch by Q3 2024 with a Sneaker NFT Alpha Prize Draw lasting one month. A total of 3,000 Sneaker NFTs will be distributed within the app. To enter, users will be required to lock GMT. Access to the Alpha Prize Draw will be limited to FSL ID users, ensuring the most loyal FSL community members are rewarded. An additional 2,000 Sneakers will also be given away via the STEPN X account and STEPN GO Discord. Make sure to follow STEPN on X for your chance to win a Sneaker and gain early access.

SuperGaming, India’s leading game developer based in Pune, has announced the launch of Team Deathmatch (TDM) mode for its upcoming homegrown game, Indus Battle Royale. This latest gameplay feature follows Indus’ recent feat of surpassing 11 million pre-registrations on the Google Play Store for Android.
The TDM mode introduces a 4v4 gameplay experience set in the brand-new map called Saaplok. Unlike the traditional battle royale format, TDM offers an adrenaline-pumping environment where players will respawn after getting eliminated, ensuring continuous action and engagement. The first squad to collectively reach 50 kills will be declared the winner.
Additionally, weapon sway, crosshair centering, and muzzle VFX have all been reworked for a more dynamic and immersive experience. To further enhance player satisfaction, achievements and kill confirmations have been visually revamped, while a brand-new UI widget called “ferrofluids” has been introduced. This innovative widget not only accurately conveys the direction, intensity, and count of weapon fire and self-inflicted damage, but also boasts a stylish design unlike anything seen in the genre.
Sharing his enthusiasm for the latest gameplay mode addition to Indus Battle Royale, Roby John, CEO and Co-Founder of SuperGaming stated“We are thrilled to introduce the Team Deathmatch mode in Indus Battle Royale. With TDM, players can expect a pulse-pounding experience that combines fast-paced action with strategic gameplay. The support from our community has fueled our development efforts, and we are confident that our players will embrace TDM and the new dimension that it brings to the game.”
Players can expect a complete audio overhaul, featuring dynamic voice lines, impactful interior reverb during combat, and a thrilling new endgame track complete with unique sound effects for victory and defeat. Weapon handling has also received a significant upgrade, with gun responsiveness now visible during sliding maneuvers and while firing.
To intensify combat, TDM will offer four pre-made weapon load-outs for players to choose from. Catering to various playstyles, these load-outs will prevent any single weapon or combination from becoming overpowered, bringing balance and a competitive edge to the gameplay.
The weapon load-outs for Indus Battle Royale TDM will be as follows:
  • ● A27 Locust (Assault Rifle) & Judgement (Handgun)
  • ● Devastator (Light Machine Gun) & R4-FTR (Handgun)
  • ● V – Fury (Submachine Gun) & Kismet CS10 (Shotgun)
  • ● Tempest CFA (Submachine Gun) & Vigil SR-14 (Semi-Automatic Sniper Rifle)
The addition of TDM will cater to both casual players seeking fast-paced action and competitive gamers looking for team-based challenges, or even for squads looking for a quick warm up prior to a battle royale match. It will not only diversify gameplay within the Indus universe but also broaden the game’s appeal to a wider gaming community eager for multiplayer modes.

PG Soft, a world-class digital mobile games company, has hatched its Rio-inspired title Chicky Run.

Set on the streets of Rio de Janeiro with the Christ the Redeemer statue looming on the horizon, Chicky Run promises players a unique gaming experience. As the game loads, players place their bet for the chick to charge down the street to avoid being squashed by cars. Each time the chick successfully dodges a car it will be joined by another furry friend until the multiplier reaches its maximum. The size of the multiplier depends on the number of successful rounds in a row.

Before running through Rio, players must choose to begin on the left hand side or the right hand side, there is also the choice to use the Random button. This is repeated for each new chick dash. After avoiding a car there is also the option to press the collect button and cash out with your returns rather than run the risk of being hit.

Players can also enjoy Chicky Run with the Extra Coins Chance feature activated. Here any winning round has a chance of awarding between one and three coins worth half of the bet amount (before the increased 50% cost).

The graphic directly below the multiplier metre indicates the directions where no vehicles appeared over the previous 10 rounds.

PG Soft’s spokesperson commented: “Chicky Run is pure joy to play, and where better place to run for riches than the fabulous Rio de Janeiro. Our designers and product team have done a wonderful job and now we finally know why the chicken crossed the road!”
