Rootz increases player reactivation focus with Enteractive

Campaigns will focus on Caxino, Wheelz, and Wildz brands 

Enteractive, the leader in retention services, has been engaged by Rootz, a leading operator with multiple brands across global markets, to provide reactivation services to win back active players from lapsed accounts, in markets including Canada, Finland, and New Zealand.

The Malta-based iGaming company began campaigns with Enteractive in Q4 2022, with a focus on the Caxino, Wheelz, and Wildz brands.  Enteractive’s personalised retention and reactivation services will be integral to optimising revenue generation from the churned segments of the Rootz player databases.

Enteractive’s proprietary (Re)Activation Cloud technology platform allows fast and seamless integration of selected player databases, with native-speaking sales agents being able to engage with players in each market with real-human one-to-one outreach by phone.

This personalised approach to CRM is a proven way to re-engage players from churned segments, with responsible gambling best practices included as a standard feature.
