BiS is just a short time away and it already has a complete agenda, with several topics to be discussed among our speakers and speakers at the Brazilian iGaming Summit 2022.

The program is very varied and the first panel of our second edition of BiS will be headed by lawyer Witoldo Hendrich. He will be the moderator on the 28th, at 10:00h, talking about: “The legal aspects of the regulation of sports betting and lotteries in Brazil”, in which his colleagues Luiz Felipe Maia (from FYMSA and Associados), Roberto Brasil Fernandes ( da Brasil Fernandes Advogados) and Marcello Corrêa, lawyer and consultant.

For Marcello Corrêa, BiS is the main event for the gaming sector in Brazil. It assumes greater relevance in view of the approval of the Bill that deals with the matter in the Chamber of Deputies. “Participating in the event is essential to exchange experiences and continue encouraging the development of this important sector of the economy”, he comments.

Luiz Felipe Maia, from FYMSA Advogados, says: “dealing with the legal aspects of the regulation of betting and lotteries will be very opportune, especially if we already have the sports betting decree published by the date of the event. There is a lot to discuss in terms of good practices and international benchmarks”, he says. “We will do an overview of the rules applicable to betting and lottery activities in the country and discuss a little about what we can expect in the coming months.”

For moderator Witoldo Hendrich, “It is always a pleasure to be part of a panel on regulation of the sector in Brazil, which is a topic I have been dedicating myself to for almost 10 years. As a moderator, so even better, as I have the privilege of listening to the experts up close.
