Gaming Corps begins offering RGS as a new business area

Gaming Corps AB (publ) (“the Company” or “Gaming Corps”) has started offering its technology and distribution network to other game studios through the new business area RGS (Remote Game Server). RGS means, among other things, that game studios that gain access to the service can use Gaming Corps’ technology and licenses to quickly launch games in the licensed markets available through Gaming Corps’ existing distribution network.

The Company assesses that the potential for RGS is high based on the interest in the service combined with its cost-effective scalability.

The game studios that are offered the RGS service can build on Gaming Corps’ existing technology and gain direct access to the Company’s already approved licenses and markets. This allows them to easily launch games throughout Gaming Corps’ distribution network. Additionally, they are offered the opportunity to license the Company’s existing and upcoming game features, such as the innovative Smash4Cash™ series.

The revenue model for this new business area is based on a percentage based profit-sharing agreement between Gaming Corps and each customer. The Company’s technology and flexible game engines, which support Casino Slots, Table Games, Multiplier Games, Mine Games, Plinko Games, and Smash4Cash™, enable the RGS service to scale broadly in a cost-effective manner as the initial infrastructure investment has already been made.

“Our technology, with its six unique game engines for our various product verticals, is developed in a modular way, making game development both smoother and more cost-effective, which makes it very suitable to be offered as RGS. We have had several discussions about similar collaborations in the past and will be selective with the partners to whom this solution is offered to
ensure high-quality products.

We are incredibly excited that we were able to announce a significant order for this new business area just last week, and we are also in several potential discussions with additional partners,” says Juha Kauppinen, CEO of Gaming Corps.
