Campaigns will focus on player conversions and reactivations

As part of the collaboration, Enteractive will complement Touch Casino’s existing CRM activities to run activation projects focused on the activation of registered non-funded player accounts and reactivation of lapsed or dormant player accounts.

The company sees Enteractive’s personalised retention and reactivation services as the key to optimising revenue generation from the churned segments of their player base as well registered, non-funded accounts..
