A Royal partnership: Stakelogic now live at Princess Casino
In-demand developer of thrilling online slot content lands in the lobby of popular online casino in Romania
Stakelogic, the developer of show-stopping classic and video slot content, has partnered with Princess Casino in Romania in a deal that will see the operator’s players be able to fire up the reels on the provider’s games for the very first time.
Princess Casino players can take the throne at some of the most exciting classic slots in the market. Each title has been designed to appeal to traditional slot machine purists while still reaching a broad audience and even those that have not tried classic slots before.
This is achieved by combining instantly recognisable fruit, BAR, Bell and 7 symbols with thrilling gameplay that includes Wilds, Multipliers and even Free Spins. Classics now available at Princess Casino include Multi6Player, Big Runner Deluxe and Multi4Player.
Players will also be able to hold court at explosive video slots including Treasures of Ra, Greedy Fox, Money Track 2, Bison Blocks, not to mention soon to be released Eric’s Big Catch and Candyways Bonanza 3 Megaways!
Stakelogic has built its formidable reputation on these games, which are guaranteed to put players in a big-win spin from the first round to the last.
These games push the boundaries of slot design, sound and gameplay with many being hooked up to Stakelogic innovations such as Super Stake and Spin to Win. The former allows players to double their bet to increase the chance of a bonus triggering and insane win combinations landing. The latter takes players to a live money wheel with big prizes up for grabs.
Danila Dzehs, Senior Sales Manager at Stakelogic, said: “Princess Casino rules over the Romanian online casino market thanks to the incredible player experience it offers. Following this partnership, it will now be able to make our classic and video slots available to its players for the first time, further standing out from its rivals.
As a studio, we are passionate about each of the classic and video slot titles we develop and launch and go to great lengths to ensure we not only meet but exceed player expectations at all times. We look forward to seeing players at Princess Casino see why our games are so much fun to play.”
Daniela Asaftei, Head of CRM at Princess Casino, added: “Stakelogic has been making headlines for quite some time now with its innovations and blockbuster game launches, so we absolutely wanted to add both its classic and video titles to our game lobby.
They really do provide an online slot experience like no other, especially when Super Stake is activated taking the anticipation of bonuses and big wins to the next level. This is a significant integration for us and one that will ensure we continue to be the go-to destination for slot fans in Romania.”

Compliance Updates
Romania Bans Gambling Venues in Small Towns and Villages
Romania has announced a ban on gambling venues in small towns and villages with populations of less than 15,000 residents.
What’s known as the “law of slot machines” was passed by deputies in the lower house of parliament. “It is the first law adopted in Parliament in 30 years against this mafia that has controlled the political world until now,” said Alfred Simonis, the leader of the Social Democrats.
“Right now we are fighting an industry that has a total turnover of €10-12 billion.”
Industry figures complain they were not consulted, and hope that the authorities will control the black market as they promised.
Despite the unanimous vote, there was some dissent within the chamber. Two opposition parties that want to ban the “scourge” of gambling outright accuse the government of collusion with the gaming sector for not taking a stronger position.
On another front Ionut Mosteanu, the leader of the opposition USR, questioned how lawmakers had set the threshold.
“They thought that slot machines only damage 15,000 people,” he said. “There was not even a debate to see how many townships qualify for this 15,000. Why not 16, 17, why not two million and you would ban them definitively?”
Gambling venues have become ubiquitous across Romania over the last few decades. The National Gaming Office, the state body that monitors and approves the sector, has registered 12,000 sports betting, bingo, casino, lottery rooms.
The state collects taxes from gambling venue licenses and online ticket sales as from the amount betting houses spend on advertising.
There are no recent data to indicate how many people in Romania are addicted to gambling. The last survey was conducted in 2016, and found that there could be around 100,000 addicted people across the country. The number today could be much higher.
