Yggdrasil introduces new DuoMax mechanic in latest release Florageddon! DuoMax

Yggdrasil has expanded its Game Engagement Mechanic (GEMs) portfolio upon the release of its first DuoMax creation, the apocalyptic Florageddon! DuoMax™.

Launching just in time for Halloween, the 5×3, 243 payline slot delivers action packed gameplay featuring dropdown wins, both-way paylines, Free Spins, massive multipliers and more, while also debuting the exciting new DuoMax™ mechanic.

Dropdown wins see all winning symbols disappear from the reels, allowing for more cascades to occur. Every time a dropdown win occurs, a Wild is added to the reels.

Flanking either side of the reels are a collection of multipliers which increase with every dropdown win, with left to right wins increasing the left side, and the reverse way the right. If a win pays both ways, both multipliers increase.

Above the reels is a meter that counts winning dropdowns. If four consecutive wins occur on a single spin, then a Special Reward is activated. This reward could be either a Multiplier Boost, Double Wild, Wild Stack, or an Extra Life.

When three or more Free Spin symbols land, the bonus is triggered. During this mode, reel multipliers do not reset between spins, allowing for massive win potential to build.

Players are also faced with the option to gamble their free spins when entering the session, offering them a chance to win up to 16 spins.

There is also the option to increase bet stake for a greater chance of triggering a Special Reward via the Golden Bet Feature, while players can also progress straight to the bonus by utilising the Buy Feature in certain jurisdictions.
