TCSJOHNHUXLEY Concludes Acquisition of Midwest Game Supply Inc.

TCSJOHNHUXLEY has concluded the acquisition of Midwest Game Supply Inc (‘MWGS’), the recognized world leader in the manufacture and distribution of dice as well as additional product lines which include layouts and accessories.

The transition period which began in November, has now been finalized having received all the required regulatory approvals to become fully integrated within the TCSJOHNHUXLEY Group. The MWGS facility in Kearney, MO will continue to operate as usual and provide the perfect springboard for TCSJOHNHUXLEY to establish an expanded Midwest presence.
