Cashcade and Gaming Realms co-founder joins ambitious platform provider and content developer

 Jogo Global, a platform provider and casino content developer, has appointed industry veteran Simon Collins as the company’s new Chairman.

Jogo Global provides a wide range of products and services to the mobile, online and land based casino industry. The company’s offering includes gaming platforms, premium mobile, online and land based content as well as services including bespoke software development and a gamification platform.

The addition of Collins to its senior management team is a major coup for Jogo Global and signals the company’s strong ambitions to grow the business internationally.

Collins has a strong track record in building new gaming ventures and his unrivalled experience will be highly beneficial to Jogo Global. He co-founded Cashcade, the successful online bingo business behind the leading UK brand Foxy Bingo that was sold for £96m in 2009, as well as Gaming Realms, the developer of mobile focused content including Slingo, the hugely popular game that combines elements of slots and bingo.

Collins most recently served as Managing Director of Betting & Gaming at News UK, overseeing the organisation’s brands including fantasy football league Dream Team, Sun Bingo, and Sun Racing.

Inspired Entertainment Inc., a leading B2B provider of gaming content, technology, hardware and services, announced that it has entered an agreement with Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis, an agency of the government of the Canadian province of Alberta that oversees casino gaming (AGLC). Following a successful six-month trial period, AGLC has committed to purchase 150 new Valor terminals. Deployment of the new terminals is expected to be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2024.

Leading iGaming supplier Delasport expands further in Ontario through a sportsbook deal with Canadian operator Green Brick Labs (GBL).

The global software company will provide its award-winning Plug & Play Sportsbook iFrame solution, so that their new partner can add it to their growing platform.

The deal is expected to come into fruition by the end of this quarter and is yet another strategic move by Delasport, who successfully obtained an Ontario license earlier this year.
