LOUISVILLE, Ky., July 03, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Churchill Downs Incorporated (“CDI” or “the Company”) (Nasdaq: CHDN) announced today that CDI successfully closed an amendment of its senior secured credit agreement to extend the maturity date of its revolving credit facility and term loan A facility from 2027 to 2029 and to make certain other changes to its existing credit agreement.

In this role, Lilly will be responsible for the overall strategy and operation of the TwinSpires Horse Racing business within CDI’s TwinSpires Segment.

Lilly brings over 20 years of financial experience and organizational leadership experience to the role. In this role, Ullrich will be responsible for all aspects of investor relations and work closely with current and prospective shareholders and analysts. He will report to Marcia Dall, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for CDI.

Ullrich brings 15 years of financial experience with publicly traded companies to the role.
