Sennette Lam Promoted to TalentBet CEO to Lead Global Expansion

TalentBet, a Maltese-based specialist talent acquisition and recruitment provider, has announced their current Director of Talent, Sennette Lam, has been promoted to CEO. Lam, a 15-year recruitment expert, has been with the company since its formation and instrumental in its rapid growth. She will now have her remit increased to oversee TalentBet’s global growth ambitions.
Launched only 10 months ago in February 2023, TalentBet has established itself as one of the leading firms for Gaming and Fintech recruitment, with a large number of major companies counted as clients. The company is capitalising on its growth by expanding its international offices to Cyprus and the USA over the coming months. Lam will now be the person tasked with making these growth plans a success in her new role as CEO.
Lam said: “I’m delighted with the success of the company so far, and the prospect of leading the global growth ambitions as CEO. We’ve done things differently at TalentBet, putting the client first at all times, offering a more tailored and personal approach and now we look to deliver that internationally as well.”
TalentBet is backed by fintech and gaming heavyweights who hold investments in a range of companies including gaming payments leader Xace and media and events brand iGaming Next.

Air Dice Group Appoints Christine Jinks as Managing Director, Air Dice Services Malta and Air Dice Services UK
Air Dice Group, the global B2B iGaming content developer and provider, announces the appointment of Christine Jinks as Managing Director. Christine will be responsible for the strategic direction & operation of Air Dice Services Malta and Air Dice Services UK. Christine will be taking over from Victor Borg-Barthet who will be leaving the business to pursue his own personal business venture within the iGaming industry.
Christine brings over 20 years of industry experience having held senior management positions across iGaming and Retail Gaming with well-known operators and gaming providers, most recently Christine has held senior management consultancy positions working across leisure and technology services.

Yaroslav Soloshenko, Business Development Team Lead, will highlight ELA Games’ approach to creating recognisable and memorable series while capitalising on success and positive momentum. 3:45 – 4:30 pm: Platforms and Aggregators: Catalysts or Constraints in the Gaming Industry’s Future?
Marharyta Yerina, Managing Director, will take part in a panel discussion on the financial and business side of iGaming. Specifically, she will cover the relationship between game studios, content aggregators and platforms. She will provide key insights on the finances of these partnerships and how studios can utilise the increased reach these platforms provide to focus on innovation.

BGaming, White Label Casinos, and Next.io Raise €200,000 at DAR Bjorn Charity Gala

BGaming collaborates with top iGaming companies to support the creation of the new DAR Bjorn Respite Centre in Malta
Popular iGaming content provider BGaming recently partnered with White Label Casinos and NEXT.io to host a charity gala event to raise funds and awareness for the DAR Bjorn, Malta’s pioneering neurological home for individuals with ALS, MS, and other neurological conditions.
DAR Bjorn Charity Gala, held at Villa Bighi on May 9th, stood out as one of the most remarkable charity events in Malta. All three organising companies were proud of their collective achievement on the night. Beyond fundraising, the event aimed to strengthen relationships within the iGaming community and beyond, fostering a spirit of unity and collective philanthropy.
BGaming, White Label Casinos, and Next.io demonstrated their commitment to corporate social responsibility by raising €200,000 to support the construction of the new DAR Bjorn Respite Centre.
The event gathered over 400 guests and brought together familiar faces from leading companies in the iGaming industry as well as the local Maltese community. All attendees contributed significantly to the fundraising effort by purchasing tickets, bidding in the art auction, and buying exclusive merchandise from the “Dream Big. Give Bigger.” collection, created in partnership with Swag42.
BGaming contributed €20,000 to the cause, which will fund the construction of a vital room within the DAR Bjorn Respite Centre. As BGaming continues its expansion in Malta, the company remains committed not only to business growth but also to positively impacting the local community.
