Wild West sequel from iGaming content provider ICONIC21’s pairs a Bonus Wheel and Hold & Win feature with a 10,000x top prize

The mine reopens for anyone bold enough to dig a little deeper in Wild Gold Mine 2, the high-volatility sequel following the first Wild Gold Mine, from iGaming content provider ICONIC21.

The launch marks a new direction for the provider. Alongside a portfolio-built title by title, Wild Gold Mine 2 returns players to a world they already recognize.  The same Wild West gold rush, the same descent into the mine, but builds on it with deeper features and richer rewards. It is the first ICONIC21 slot conceived as part of a series, giving operators familiar content that players are primed to come back to.

At the centre of the action is the Dynamite symbol, which can trigger the Bonus Wheel instantly to award a prize or unlock Bonus Spins and Super Bonus Spins, two of three bonus rounds available.

The third is a Hold & Win round, unlocked when landing six or more dynamite symbols. It locks gold nuggets in place, each with its own value across four reward tiers – MINI, MINOR, MAJOR and GRAND – that build toward a single payout once the respins run out.

Played across 243 ways, Wild Gold Mine 2 offers a top prize of 10,000x and ships in multiple RTP configurations, both running at high volatility.

It lays the groundwork for a recognisable franchise, and signals ICONIC21’s ambitions beyond its live casino roots in original, format-led slots built to last.

Edvardas Sadovskis, Chief Product Officer at ICONIC21, said: “Players form bonds to worlds they recognise, and the original Wild Gold Mine gave us one worth returning to. Turning it into a series was the natural next step.

“We’re excited to approach this slot as a franchise rather than a single title, and it changes how we think about theme, characters and features. For operators, that means recognisable content players actively seek out, and a world we can keep building on.”
