Popular European Poker Festival PokerStars Open Namur Returns

Record-breaking Belgian stop expected to attract international field as players chase PokerStars Open titles and Live League points

PokerStars is set to return to Circus Casino Resort Namur from May 27 to June 7 for PokerStars Open Namur, one of Europe’s fastest-growing live poker festivals.

Following a record-breaking 2025 edition that generated the largest live tournament prize pool in Belgian poker history and attracted 1,571 entries to the Main Event alone, PokerStars Open Namur returns tomorrow.

At the heart of the festival is the €1,100 PokerStars Open Main Event featuring a huge €1 million guaranteed prize pool, alongside a packed schedule of side events, high rollers, and mixed-game formats designed to appeal to players of all levels, from first-time qualifiers to established players.

“Last year’s turnout reinforced Namur’s place as one of the most exciting live poker stops in Europe,” said Cedric Billot, Associate Director of Live Events Operations at PokerStars. “What makes the event special isn’t just the size of the fields, it’s the atmosphere around the entire festival.”

• PokerStars Open Super High Roller: June 1-2 – €3,300
• PokerStars Open High Roller: June 5-6 – €2,200
• PokerStars Open Mystery Bounty: June 6-7 – €800

Last year’s Main event title went to France’s Jean-Vincent Lehut, who topped the record-breaking field to win €238,000 after five days of play.

LATEST CHANCE TO EARN POKERSTARS LIVE LEAGUE POINTS

PokerStars Open Namur also represents another major stop in the PokerStars Live League, where players compete across High, Medium and Low leaderboard tiers for a share of €157,500 in PokerStars LIVE event credit. The top 30 players in each tier will also qualify for a special €100,000 freeroll at the first European Poker Tour festival of 2027. Players can track leaderboard standings and live results via PokerStars LIVE app.
