São Paulo court denies SPRIBE injunction requests against Aviator Studio
Aviator Studio said it secured another legal win in Brazil after courts in São Paulo rejected additional injunction requests filed by SPRIBE in proceedings involving Aviator Studio directly.
The company said the latest rulings relate to the direct legal dispute between Aviator Studio and SPRIBE, separate from previously reported proceedings involving Foggo Entertainment and Betnacional.
According to Aviator Studio, courts in São Paulo ruled in its favour across both judicial instances of the proceedings, refusing to grant the urgent measures sought by SPRIBE. Aviator Studio said the decisions mean it and its partners can continue operating while the broader AVIATOR trademark dispute moves through the evidentiary phase.
Aviator Studio said the decisions add to what it described as a growing series of courtroom setbacks for SPRIBE in Brazil, as related proceedings continue in multiple jurisdictions.
Commenting on the development, representatives from Aviator Studio said: “These outcomes continue to confirm a clear judicial pattern. Attempts to obtain urgent injunctions against Aviator Studio and its partners in Brazil are consistently being rejected by the courts.”
