Avanti Studios secure exclusivity for live Sweet 16 Blackjack

Avanti, the disruptive live casino supplier that’s changing the game for operators with its mix of motion capture technology and real-time cloud-based streaming, has announced it has agreed a deal with HITSqwad Interactive Gaming for exclusivity on its Sweet 16 Blackjack side-bet.

A digital version of the game is already available at a number of big-name brands including BetMGM, Caesars, DraftKings, OLG, BCLC and FanDuel. Additionally, the land-based version is currently active across South Africa and is undergoing a global rollout. Avanti’s innovative tech will enable the supplier to provide the best of both worlds as it becomes the only company to offer Sweet 16 Blackjack to live casino audiences worldwide.

Sweet 16 Blackjack has established itself as a powerhouse in the market, ranked as a Top 10 Table Game in the Eilers & Krejcik U.S. Online Game Performance Report in both September 2024 and April 2026. It was also nominated for Top Performing New Online Table Game at the EKG Slot Awards in 2024 and 2025.

Sweet 16 Blackjack combines the strategic depth of classic blackjack with the instant gratification and high payout potential of a compelling side bet. During each round, players have the opportunity to place an optional Sweet 16 side bet, and should their first two cards total 16, they’ll automatically win. Payouts vary based on the suits, colours and values of the hand, adding an extra layer of excitement to the traditional experience.
