Honoré Gaming partners with Smartico to integrate CRM and gamification tools
Honoré Gaming has partnered with CRM automation and gamification provider Smartico to integrate Smartico’s CRM tools into the Honoré Gaming online sportsbook platform, the companies said.
Honoré Gaming said the integration is intended to strengthen player engagement and retention capabilities and will be deployed across its core markets in French-speaking Africa and Central America. The company framed the timing around an expanded World Cup this summer.
According to the companies, the Smartico integration adds automated and data-driven customer engagement features, including configurable CRM functionality and gamification mechanics, to support operators using the Honoré Gaming platform.
