Greentube to acquire Czech online sportsbook and casino operator Kingsbet CZ

Greentube, the NOVOMATIC Digital Gaming and Entertainment division, said it has agreed to acquire 100% of Czech online sportsbook and casino operator Kingsbet CZ, entering the Czech Republic’s B2C online gaming market.

Greentube said the Czech Republic is a regulated market and cited official data from the Czech Ministry of Finance indicating that in 2025 the market’s total value was CZK 68 billion (EUR 2.7 billion) in GGR, with online gambling accounting for 59.2% of total GGR.

“Kingsbet provides Greentube with local operational expertise and valuable market knowledge, supporting the company’s long-term ambitions in the country,” Greentube said.

Greentube said the agreement is subject to certain conditions, including regulatory approvals.
