SoftConstruct Reveals ‘RecSys’ – Exclusive on iGaming Real Talk

Khachatryan detailed how RecSys goes far beyond traditional recommendations. It reads player emotions in real time, understands context, and instantly suggests the next best action for operators.

The result is production-ready agentic AI, including RecSys, that empowers operators to run personalised campaigns, automate decisions, and deliver Netflix-style individualised player experiences.
