Latest News
Aristocrat Gaming and the National Football League released the first visuals of the new NFL-themed slot machines with the reveal of NFL Super Bowl Jackpots. This introductory new game will bring the largest sports brand in the US to casino floors across the country at the start of the 2023 NFL season.
Flutter Entertainment and Fox Corporation announced the decision to close the sports betting platform FOX Bet. A phased closure of FOX Bet’s operations will take place before August 31. Flutter operated FOX Bet as part of The Stars Group US along with the US-facing operations of PokerStars.
International Tennis Integrity Agency has confirmed that Bolivian tennis official Percy Flores has been suspended from the sport for 12 years and issued a $15,000 fine for multiple breaches of the Tennis Anti-Corruption Programme. Flores, a white badge umpire who did not contest the ITIA’s charges, was found to have committed 31 breaches of the TACP between November 2021 and October 2022.
Jackpot.com, the online platform that allows lottery players to securely order official state lottery tickets from their mobile phone, tablet or desktop, launched in New York. Jackpot.com allows New Yorkers to order tickets for Powerball, Mega Millions, Cash4Life, New York Lotto and Pick 10.
Betr Holdings announced the launch of Betr Picks, a pick ’em style fantasy game to complement its existing real money and free-to-play online sports betting product, Betr Sportsbook.
A veteran gaming professional with experience in regulating sports betting in Massachusetts has joined the N.C. State Lottery Commission to lead its gaming compliance and sports betting division. Sterl Carpenter, who has more than 30 years of experience in the gaming industry, joined the commission in a new position, as deputy executive director of gaming compliance and sports betting.

FanDuel has teamed up with former NFL tight end Rob Gronkowski to launch a new game named Gronk Spike Cornhole, which can be played for free or with real money. Based on Gronk’s favourite yard game, Gronk Spike Cornhole allows users to test their skills as they compete against Gronk throwing bags to the board by simply dragging their finger across the screen.
MGM Resorts announced the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will transition from its Identity loyalty programme to the company’s award-winning MGM Rewards loyalty programme beginning February 1, 2024, unlocking the ability for members to earn and redeem points across the company’s 20 premier U.S. destinations.
SportyBet has introduced a new video content feature to its sports betting product. In partnership with Sportradar, a renowned global sports technology company, and WSC Sports, a world leader in AI-powered sports video content, the video feature is designed to enhance the live sports betting experience for Brazilian users.

Clark County residents can bring a friend for free to next week’s Super Bingo $160,000 tournament at the Plaza Hotel & Casino, May 6-8
Home to downtown Las Vegas’ only bingo room, the Plaza Hotel & Casino is offering Clark County, Nevada residents who register to play in next week’s Super Bingo tournament the opportunity to bring a friend for free.
Happening Monday, May 6 through Wednesday, May 8 in the Plaza’s expansive ballroom, Super Bingo is expected to draw nearly 1,000 people from the local Las Vegas valley and across the country and Canada for the opportunity to win big playing fun-filled games of bingo over two days, with a $50,000 super coverall both days while socializing with like-minded bingo players.
Bingo-only registration is $160 per person, and Clark County residents who register can bring a friend for free. Registration is available online at https://www.plazahotelcasino.com/bingo/super-bingo-registration/. Hotel-and-bingo packages start at $300 for a four-night stay with no resort fee.
All Super Bingo players receive one 6-on paper pack for both days, two daubers, free drinks via an open bar at all sessions, boxed lunch both days, and $10 in free slot play after the first day’s session.
The Plaza’s Bingo room offers six daily bingo sessions at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 5 p.m., 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. and is located on the 3rd floor. By parking on the third floor of the Plaza’s self-parking garage, guests have convenient and direct access to the Plaza’s bingo room and parking is validated for bingo players.

Kambi Group plc extends Mohegan partnership with on-property sports betting agreement in Pennsylvania
Kambi Group plc (“Kambi”), the world’s trusted sports betting partner, has agreed a long-term on-property sportsbook partnership with Mohegan to provide its award-winning sportsbook at two retail locations in the state of Pennsylvania.
The partnership will see Mohegan utilise Kambi’s cutting-edge retail sportsbook offering across more than 20 kiosks in sportsbook locations at Mohegan Pennsylvania and Mohegan Pennsylvania at Lehigh Valley Race and Sportsbook.
The deal further strengthens Kambi’s relationship with Mohegan, which already utilises Kambi’s suite of sports betting products at ilani in Washington, as well as online and on-property in the Canadian province of Ontario at Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara.
